Register to Recycle with CCSWA

The Barboursville facility is located at 540 Depot Street in Barboursville. We recently added extra containers and have capacity for adding recyclers who live in Cabell County. When completing the form please indicate which yard you want access to: Depot Street yard in Barboursville or the new Huntington Yard on 7th Ave or both.   

The Huntington yard is located at 1537 7th Ave. The lot is gated and requires the use of a key fob to gain access. The gate is operational from 7am to 7pm 7 days/week 365 days/year. 

The Program Year runs from October 1st through September 30th each year. The monthly rate is $6.25 per month. The price is prorated based on what month new recyclers sign up for service and adjusted at the beginning of each new month. 

To signup, click on the blue button below "New Recycler Registration Form". Print the form, fill in the required fields, read the terms/rules, then sign and date it. Once you've completed the form, send it with your check or money order to the address listed. We will then mail your fob to you within 5 business days. 

All funds collected are used to cover program expenses. 90% of the funds are used to cover the monthly fees charged by Rumpke to collect, haul and process the recyclables. The remaining amount helps with repairs, cleaning, maintenance, and office supplies.
